Harriet Hammond, 43 and from Watlington, admitted to exceeding the speed limit on Sires Hill in Brightwell-Cum-Sotwell during February.
The defendant had been operating a Nissan when captured at 42mph in a 30mph restriction.
Financial penalties included a £153 fine, £120 in costs and £61 surcharge.
Four penalty points were applied.
Jasmine Ferrag, 20 and from Headington, was found guilty of withholding driver identification details following an alleged traffic matter in Banbury during the period from October 17 to November 14 last year.
The defendant was ordered to pay £660 in fines together with £120 costs.
Six penalty points were added to her record.
Nicholas Hopkins, 45 and based in Banbury, entered a guilty plea for failing to disclose driver details pertaining to an alleged violation in Banbury spanning July 24 to August 21 last year.
A fine of £120 was imposed alongside a £48 victim surcharge.

Daruisz Ekert, 67 and from Birmingham, was convicted of refusing to provide driver identification information regarding an alleged Banbury offence occurring between November 26 and December 24 last year.

The defendant had been behind the wheel of a BMW.

Pavel Duddell, 43 and residing in Oxford, was found guilty of possessing a bladed article in a public area following an incident on February 27 this year.
The item, a lock knife, was ordered to be destroyed.
