Thames Valley Police officers intercepted a Citroën Picasso van on the A41 trunk road in the Bicester region of Oxfordshire.
The confiscation took place on Friday, April 17 after it emerged the van was being driven without valid cover.
The motorist is now subject to criminal proceedings.
According to a Roads Policing spokesperson, the initial vehicle confiscated during the night shift was removed by unit XRC01 on the A41 in the vicinity of Bicester.
The operator had intended to arrange documentation for it during the weekend. The automobile was taken into custody and the driver was reported to the authorities.
This took place after officers from Thames Valley Police seized a Vauxhall automobile on Wednesday, April 15.
Law enforcement attempted to make contact with the individual at the wheel, who subsequently ran away. The car was later discovered and delivered back to its documented location.
