Glebefields Care Home commemorated National Garden Day by rejuvenating its outside spaces, with input from residents, personnel and relatives.

The gardening session saw participants clearing unwanted growth from flower beds and introducing colourful seasonal plants, with elevated table planters enabling full involvement from individuals regardless of physical capability.
