A yoga therapy service has joined a newly created wellness centre at Rooted in Burford.
Heart Mind Spirit, created by yoga therapist Alison Lewis, provides tailored one-to-one yoga therapy sessions at the Cotswolds venue in Burford.
The appointments occur on Monday afternoons at Rooted and concentrate on physical movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, with every session personalised to meet the individual client’s needs.
Alison Lewis, founder of Heart Mind Spirit, said she was delighted to be joining the Rooted community.
It offers a particularly special environment that truly reflects the ideas of connection, wellbeing, and personal growth.
More people are looking for bespoke, holistic methods to help their mental and physical health, and yoga therapy is becoming acknowledged as a significant element of that journey.
Rooted provides the perfect location to deliver that individualised attention within a welcoming community setting.
Heart Mind Spirit has set up at Rooted in Burford as part of a wider shift towards available, community-focused health provision in rural areas.
Lillie Ananda, founder of Rooted, noted that as more people seek meaningful, accessible health support close to home, venues like Rooted fulfil an essential role, and bringing in Heart Mind Spirit complements that purpose exactly.
For her, the emphasis lies in taking time to appreciate the foundation of all they offer.
Sessions with Ms Lewis began on Monday, April 13.
Rooted in Burford provides a wide variety of classes, workshops, and therapeutic offerings aimed at enhancing personal wellbeing and strengthening community bonds.
