The reasons behind ongoing recruitment initiatives at The Grange
The Grange Centre manager, Zoe Spillane says: “We’re incredibly proud of our team here in Faringdon, and we’ve continued to grow over the years and are often looking for like-minded, caring individuals to be a part of the centre.
“The Grange has 40 individual private rooms and four double rooms and provides 24-hour care and support, along with an ever-changing calendar of activities and celebrations.
“That can vary day to day and month to month, with seasonal festivities, shopping trips, and visits from performers, which means it’s often all hands on deck to ensure every resident is happy, well supported, and enjoying the best possible quality of life.
“We also recognise the role that care centres play within their local communities, and we’re delighted to offer diverse vacancies and training opportunities that may be ideal for junior carers or those new to the sector, whether working directly in care or not, to learn skills and gain qualifications that will remain with them for life.”
Forest Healthcare is an equal opportunities employer, and its values-based approach to recruitment applies to all of the 13 centres within the group, which care for over 600 residents across central and south east England.
