A 25-year-old man has received a suspended jail term for possessing indecent photographs of minors.
Jakub Szulc, residing at Brome Place in Headington, entered guilty pleas at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on December 13, 2022 to three allegations of creating indecent images of children.
The case involved 14 category A photographs, 23 category B photographs, and 120 category C photographs.
He was handed an eight-month prison term, which has been suspended for a period of 24 months.
Szulc was additionally mandated to undertake 26 days of rehabilitation activities and attend appointments for up to 10 days.
He is required to pay £85 in legal costs along with a £187 victim surcharge.
The custodial sentence was suspended owing to Szulc’s readiness to engage with probation services and his absence of any related prior offences.
