Oxford City FC’s first-ever Chairman’s Ball will take place to generate donations for The Hoops Foundation.
The gathering is scheduled for Saturday, May 9 at The Velocity Suite, offering attendees live entertainment, a two-course dinner, and a fully stocked bar.
The night will recognize volunteers and local residents, presenting accolades such as Volunteer of the Year, Team of the Year, and Community Change-Maker.
Additional prizes encompass Inspiring Moment of The Year, The Taylor Award for Inclusion, and Grassroots Coach of The Year.
Attendees are requested to wear semi-formal clothing and admission is set at £40 per individual.
Single tickets and reservations for groups of eight to ten are available, with the group option coming with a half bottle of wine per person.
Entry begins at 7pm, with the celebration ending at 11.30pm.
The occasion is restricted to those aged 18 and above except for players who may receive invitations as nominees for Teams of The Year.
