The annual equestrian gathering is set to welcome visitors to the Cotswolds this autumn with a full day of activities.

Cornbury House Horse Trials will occupy the grounds of the Oxfordshire estate from September 9 through 13, with discounted advance tickets available from £10.

Competitors at all levels will showcase their skills in this countryside setting, featuring both established names in the sport and rising stars.

The competition will include the British Eventing Young Horse Championships, with The Howden Way as the official sponsor. The championship highlights promising horses aged five, six, and seven years old.

David Howden serves as the event’s founder and president, residing at Cornbury House. He has consistently backed the eventing community and horse sport for many years.

Visitors can browse selected retail offerings at Cornbury Village, alongside a newly introduced Artisan Food and Drink Tent.

On Saturday, September 12, the beloved Endless Lunch experience by Mirabeau makes its return, featuring extended table service with views of the primary arena.

Nightly entertainment will be provided at the on-site Wychwood Inn throughout the event.

Additional new attractions for this year encompass the Cornbury Chat Stage, featuring discussions with accomplished equestrians and notable figures from the area.

The chosen charitable organization for 2026 is the British Eventing Support Trust, and attendees may make optional donations during the ticket purchase process.

The event will also see the continuation of the ARC Racehorse to Eventer Challenge, a £50,000 competition spotlighting horses that previously raced.
