A collection of 13 vintage photographs captures canine exhibitions throughout Oxfordshire during the early 2000s, featuring handlers and their four-legged companions arranged for portraits and demonstrations.
The images were captured by Oxford Mail photographers between 2002 and 2008, documenting outings during the warmer months at various dog show occasions.
Alongside the animals, numerous gatherings incorporated village celebrations, recreational activities and trading stalls, yielding memorable scenes of folk dancers, youngsters enjoying frozen treats and additional memorable moments.
