Thames Valley entrepreneur launches AI platform to help SMEs find IT support

Published on

A Thames Valley entrepreneur has launched an AI-driven solution designed to help companies select and oversee their technology support requirements.

The platform, CompareIT.co.uk, is presented as the inaugural comparison resource for the managed information technology sector.

The system instantaneously links organisations with thousands of UK-based technology support firms.

Its founder, Mark Flinders, brings extensive expertise from twenty years within the managed IT field.

According to Flinders, many enterprises struggle to determine whether they receive adequate value from their technology partners.

The platform aims to restore agency to business owners by enabling them to compare and evaluate options independently.

The service officially became available at the beginning of September.

It targets small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to discover, assess, and coordinate with IT support companies through a single interface.

The system tackles three fundamental difficulties these businesses encounter: identifying appropriate providers, evaluating service delivery, and handling contractual agreements.

Users input their technology requirements using everyday language.

The artificial intelligence then converts these descriptions into precise technical specifications and pairs companies with matched providers from its network.

Additionally, the platform observes how providers perform over time and utilises machine learning to assist businesses in administering their service agreements.

The foundational search functionality remains available without charge indefinitely.

Enhanced capabilities such as performance tracking and contract oversight generally require paid subscriptions.

However, a promotional initiative is currently providing five hundred companies operating within the Thames Valley area complimentary perpetual access to these premium tools via the code THAMESVALLEY500.
