In her accompanying message, the former Spice Girl described her second-born son as someone who demonstrates respect and kindness towards others.
David, 51, also marked the milestone by sharing photographs charting Romeo’s development through childhood.
One image showed the pair together at a sporting fixture, while another featured a young Romeo wearing football attire, a nod to his father’s legacy as England’s former World Cup captain.
Romeo’s younger siblings contributed their own birthday messages to the celebrations.
