The prestigious Salon Privé automotive showcase entered its 21st year with a ceremony at Blenheim Palace on Wednesday, September 2.
The event displayed 70 vehicles across the Concours field.
Lamborghini used the occasion to introduce the Revuelto SV to British audiences.
The model represents the most potent and swiftest series-production vehicle in the marque’s Sant’Agata Bolognese history.
Stephan Winkelmann, chairman and chief executive of Automobili Lamborghini, stated that exclusivity, technical excellence and driving thrills found their most complete manifestation in this machine.
He described it as the purest expression of Lamborghini DNA, a super sports car engineered to exceed boundaries and deliver uncompromising sensations.
Brabus contributed to the event’s significance with the British reveal of the BODO carbon fibre supercar.
The vehicle features a 5.2-litre V12 biturbo powertrain and remains restricted to just 77 examples worldwide.
The marque also presented the 800 Cabrio, a model derived from the Mercedes-AMG G 63.
Polestar showcased its Polestar 4 SUV, a newly developed electric performance offering geared towards daily usability.
Michael Lohscheller, chief executive of Polestar, explained that the variant broadened the reach of the brand’s flagship model while extending their presence in a pivotal automotive segment.
He noted enhanced cabin volume, increased practicality and greater potential for exploration, all while preserving the design language, technology and dynamic character associated with the marque.
David Bagley, co-founder of Salon Privé, characterised the inauguration as exceptional.
He observed that the standard of vehicles and manufacturers assembled, combined with the importance of the premieres entrusted to the event, created a particularly notable occasion.
