Two original members of the British pop group The Wanted have announced a UK tour showcasing their most successful songs from the 2010s.
Max George and Siva Kaneswaran will perform under the billing The Wanted 2.0, bringing their chart-topping catalogue back to live audiences.
The tour opens in Bath on October 1 and concludes in Newcastle on October 22.
Multiple venues have been confirmed across the country, with dates set for Manchester’s Club Academy on October 16, Brighton’s Concorde 2 on October 8, and London’s Scala on October 6.
The Oxford leg of the tour takes place at the O2 Academy on Friday, October 2.
A representative for the act described the upcoming shows as the next chapter in the story of one of Britain’s most successful pop acts, noting energetic performances and well-known hit songs.
The group accumulated sales exceeding 20 million records internationally and secured ten top ten singles within the UK charts.
Their collection features numerous tracks that resonated with audiences, including Chasing The Sun, Walks Like Rihanna, and Warzone.
For certain dates, including the Oxford appearance, the pair will be accompanied by Liv Harland as a special guest.
The remaining tour dates will feature Reigns, a singer-songwriter from Essex who works within the contemporary blues and pop genres, as a supporting act.
