Three weeks later, on December twenty-second, the same individual was captured exceeding the limit again, this time piloting his Bentley Continental GT at eighty-two miles per hour in a seventy miles per hour zone on the A50 at Rudhall Overbridge, still within the same county.

Seven penalty points were endorsed upon his driving record.
