Thames Valley Police has initiated an investigation following reports of repeated incidents on buses in the Oxfordshire area.
Officers have published CCTV footage of an individual they believe may hold relevant information regarding the case.
The investigation centres on conduct directed at a woman in her twenties.
According to investigators, on four separate occasions between January and September this year, a male individual boarded the same service as the woman, positioned himself nearby, and pursued her after both alighted from the vehicle.
The incidents occurred on the S2X route connecting Carterton with Oxford.
The specific dates under investigation are 19 January, 20 January, 13 August, and 5 September 2026.
Police confirmed that the woman sustained no physical injuries during these encounters.
Investigators have been conducting inquiries and have now released an image of the male they wish to interview, believing he may possess details pertinent to their enquiries.
Anyone who can identify the individual shown in the image, or who has information relating to these incidents, has been urged to make contact with Thames Valley Police.
