He indicated that rigorous examination, learning from errors, and a comprehensive strategy would be essential to prevent families encountering comparable difficulties in future years.
Oxfordshire County Council has confirmed that home-to-school transport arrangements have been finalised for the majority of eligible pupils, numbering more than 8,000.
This encompasses students with special educational needs and disabilities who submitted their travel information prior to the deadline.
