Thames Valley Police have expressed concern for a 15-year-old youth who has been missing from the Upper Arncott area of Bicester since Sunday.
Oscar has not been seen since September 13, and officers believe he may still be in the Bicester vicinity.
The teenager’s surname has not been made public.
Investigators are appealing to members of the public to assist in locating the missing youth.
A photograph and physical description have been circulated by the force.
Oscar is described as a white male of slim build, with fair complexion and ginger hair cropped short around the nape of the neck.
He may have been wearing a dark-coloured tracksuit at the time of his disappearance.
