The couple comprising former Formula One executive Christian Horner and pop star Geri Halliwell-Horner have reportedly sustained losses totalling half a million pounds through their equestrian business interests.
Horner, aged 52, departed from his position as team principal at Red Bull Racing following a 20-year tenure.
The departure occurred near the end of the previous year.
During his period overseeing the Austrian-backed outfit, which began in the mid-2000s, Horner guided the squad to eight drivers’ championships alongside six constructors’ trophies.
The pair maintain a residence valued at more than nine million pounds, situated in the countryside where Oxfordshire meets Northamptonshire, close to Banbury.
The property dates to the 15th century.
Financial settlements following Horner’s exit became a matter of conflicting reports.
One publication stated an agreement worth 80 million pounds emerged after extended negotiations, while another outlet cited a figure nearer to 52 million.
According to information published this week, the pair’s involvement with racehorse ownership resulted in substantial losses.
Their bloodstock enterprise reportedly recorded a deficit of 500,000 pounds for the most recent fiscal period.
