The former England cricketer Andrew Flintoff has placed his Cheshire residence on the market with an asking price of £6.75 million.

The 48-year-old sportsman purchased the property in 2021 from Phil Neville, the retired Manchester United defender who subsequently relocated to America to manage Inter Miami, the Major League Soccer franchise controlled by David Beckham.

Spanning approximately 10,000 square feet across four storeys, the detached residence contains six bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms.

The accommodation comprises three principal reception spaces alongside a contemporary kitchen and a comprehensive leisure complex.

The leisure facilities encompass a swimming pool, fitness centre, entertainment room, and private cinema.

The property listing describes the residence as featuring extensive security infrastructure including monitored closed-circuit television systems.

According to the sales particulars, the property offers generous proportions throughout its principal living areas, with the kitchen equipped with custom-built cabinetry and integrated appliances serving as a central gathering space.

A passenger lift provides access to all floors of the residence.

Beckham, whose football career included spells at Manchester United and Real Madrid, currently occupies a Grade-II listed barn conversion in Great Tew, Oxfordshire, having acquired the property for £12 million.

The former England captain holds ownership of Inter Miami alongside his co-investors.
