Soul Sound: Cotswolds sound bath launches at Caswell House, Brize Norton, November 15

A new relaxation experience combining sound and candlelight is set to launch in West Oxfordshire.

Soul Sound: Cotswolds will debut on November 15 at Caswell House in Brize Norton.

The two-hour event runs from 5pm until 7pm and offers attendees an immersive retreat designed to ease stress and promote deep rest.

The programme unfolds across three distinct spaces within the venue’s centuries-old stone barns.

Guests will first enter a welcoming reception area before proceeding to the main barn for the core sound bath experience.

The session concludes in a relaxed lounge setting where participants can quietly absorb the effects.

Within the primary barn, the space undergoes a complete transformation.

Fabric draping and illumination provided entirely by candles create an atmospheric environment.

Visitors settle into the setting while experiencing a full sound bath, centred on a 34-inch Paiste symphonic gong.

The acoustic vibrations produced by the instrument aim to decelerate mental activity and shift the nervous system into a Theta brainwave state.

This neurological condition mirrors the deep relaxation achieved during meditation or sleep.

According to representatives of the Soul Sound organisation, the concept addresses the demands of contemporary life.

Many individuals experience persistent tension without taking deliberate time to decompress.

The initiative seeks to provide an attractive and aesthetically pleasing occasion within the local area, enabling participants to allow soothing frequencies to dissolve accumulated weekly stress.

Tickets for the event are available from ÂŁ40.
