A housing organisation based locally has presented £250 to a primary school in Oxford to support World Teachers’ Day festivities.
Barton Park Primary School received the donation from Leaf Living, a provider of professionally managed rental properties for families.
The school’s headteacher, Bryony McCraw, stated that the funds would go towards an event honouring educators and teaching assistants.
According to McCraw, the contribution would assist in acknowledging the dedication of teaching and support staff while marking the occasion appropriately.
McCraw noted that welcoming Leaf Living to the school and learning about their shared community values proved enjoyable.
Representatives from Leaf Living attended the school on October 5 to formally present the contribution.
Laura Conaty, speaking for the organisation, explained that supporting the communities where the company manages rented homes for families forms a core part of their values.
Conaty expressed pride in recognising the work of staff at Barton Park Primary School and in strengthening connections with nearby residents, particularly given the school’s proximity to their Beckley Place development.
Leaf Living specialises in providing high-quality rental accommodation for families and prioritises establishing lasting relationships within the areas it serves.
The company currently has three and four-bedroom properties available at Beckley Place, all meeting EPC C standards or higher and designed to accommodate contemporary family requirements.
Each residence permits pets and incorporates intelligent home features such as keyless entry systems and smart thermostats.
