Electric vehicle charging points would comprise 25 percent of the total parking provision.
A combined pedestrian and cycling route would connect the development to the existing shared pathway network along the northern section of the A40.
The proposal indicates approximately two staff members would be present at any given time.
Projections suggest the facility would attract roughly 22 visitors per hour, based on participants per booking slot, with anticipated usage reaching 90 percent capacity during peak periods.
In North Hinksey, a separate application has been filed seeking permission for three courts, a pavilion and parking facilities to complement existing amenities in the area.
Additional applications have been submitted in Radley, where developers are seeking consent for two courts fitted with floodlights.
At Spires House within Oxford Business Park, an application has been filed seeking retrospective approval for a temporary court constructed on an existing parking area.
