Lina Michelin, aged 43 and residing in Fawley near Henley-On-Thames, received convictions for two offences.

The second charge related to withholding details regarding a driver’s identity in connection with an alleged violation occurring in Banbury between September 10th and October 8th of the previous year.
Financial penalties totalled £780, comprising £660 in fines and £120 in costs.
Six penalty points were also applied to her driving record.
Vania D’Alessandro, 33 years old and living in Clarendon Close, Abingdon, admitted to exceeding the 30mph restriction on Audlett Drive, Abingdon, on October 16th of the previous year.
The vehicle was recorded travelling at 35mph.
She was ordered to settle £334 in combined payments, including £153 in fines, £120 in costs, and £61 in victim surcharges.
Three penalty points were imposed.
Danwant Kaur, aged 50 and residing in Norham Gardens, Oxford, entered guilty pleas for careless driving at St Cross Road, Oxford, on November 7th of the previous year.
Penalties amounted to £596, comprising £333 in fines, £130 in costs, and £133 in victim surcharges.
Five penalty points were recorded against her.
Edoardo Gallo, 32 years old and residing on Cowley Road in Oxford, was convicted of failing to disclose driver identity details in relation to an alleged incident in Banbury between September 11th and October 9th of the previous year.
Total financial penalties reached £1,044, including £660 in fines, £264 in victim surcharges, and £120 in costs.
Six penalty points were endorsed on his record.
Bethany Davoile, aged 30 and living on Centenary Way in Witney, pleaded guilty to a single charge of driving while over the legal alcohol limit on the B4477 in Witney on January 18th.
Breath analysis revealed 139 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.
She received fines and costs totalling £578, along with a £108 victim surcharge.
A driving prohibition of 32 months was imposed, though this period could decrease by 32 weeks upon completion of a rehabilitation course by July 13th, 2028.
Gary McFarlane, 34 years old with no fixed address, admitted to assault by beating occurring in Bicester on December 28th of the previous year.
A custodial sentence of nine weeks was imposed, alongside £85 in costs.
Daniel Harratt, aged 34 and residing at Percy Curnock Drive in Stoke-On-Trent, was found guilty of operating a mobile telephone while operating a vehicle on the A34 northbound near Abingdon on October 22nd of the previous year.
Financial obligations included £553 in fines, £650 in costs, and £221 in victim surcharges.
Six penalty points were endorsed.
Nicholas Jones, 42 years old and residing on White Road in Oxford, received a conviction for failing to identify a driver in connection with an alleged offence in Banbury between September 18th and October 16th of the previous year.
