A five-bedroom contemporary residence located within the Aynhoe Park estate has been listed for sale at £9.5 million even though construction has not yet begun.

The state-of-the-art property in Aynho will feature a basement level along with four stories for its future owners.

The ground floor layout is planned to include a boot room, pantry, drawing room, dining room, main entrance, hallway, family room, kitchen, and breakfast room.

The first floor will comprise three bedrooms each featuring private ensuite facilities, plus a master bedroom equipped with two ensuites and a dedicated dressing room.

This level will additionally contain staff accommodation consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, utility space, and ensuite.

Plans also include permission to transform the basement into a garage facility and to add a second floor expansion featuring a proposed roof deck and bar area.

The residence would enjoy exceptional seclusion with southerly outlooks across a private lawn area, alongside an exterior terrace.

The property sits on the same estate as Aynhoe Park House, a Grade I listed country residence that was reconstructed during the 17th century.

The 73-acre estate offers views over the Cherwell valley, which marks the boundary between Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.

The 400-year-old estate was purchased by American home-furnishings company RH in 2020.

The estate has welcomed numerous famous guests, including Noel Gallagher for his 50th birthday celebration, and hosted Take That member Howard Donald’s wedding in 2015.
