A building firm operating in Oxfordshire has entered administration with debts exceeding £200,000.

Oxford Builders (AL) Limited, situated on Wilkins Road and incorporated in 2013, has undergone a creditors’ voluntary liquidation, with records indicating it owes £205,100 to multiple creditors.

The business, managed by Anton Lica, maintains its office in Kidlington.

The company undertook loft conversions and residential extensions, undertook renovation and refurbishment projects, and provided guidance and assistance for new construction properties throughout Oxfordshire.

Records show the business owes in excess of £200,000 to various creditors.

Jane Hardy and Rosalind Mary Hilton, representing Adcroft Hilton Limited based in Blackpool, were designated as the joint liquidators on April 10.

A statement of affairs filed with Companies House shows HMRC appears as a secondary preferential creditor for VAT totalling £184,432.

Additional creditors are owed a combined total of £20,668. This comprises Santander PLC, owed £11,000, Earthline Ltd, a aggregates supplier located in Wroughton, owed £668, and Alexandra Lica, a private creditor who is owed £9,000.

The company’s assets, comprising construction equipment, computer hardware and vehicles, are carried at a book value of £48,138. However, these are anticipated to fetch only £1,680.

This results in an estimated total shortfall of £203,421.
