The Prince of Wales is arriving in Oxfordshire for a royal engagement today.
His Royal Highness will visit the British Formula E team’s headquarters, Jaguar TCS Racing, in Kidlington on Thursday (April 23).
The automaker will demonstrate its approach to electrification, innovation and sustainability to the heir apparent.
Formula E represents the world’s inaugural all-electric international single-seater racing series and currently stands as the fastest-growing motorsport category globally.
Formula E achieved the distinction of being the first sport to obtain net zero carbon footprint certification since its establishment, and in January of this year, it became certified as a B Corp, marking the first instance of a global sport reaching this milestone.
Jaguar TCS Racing exists to pioneer technical excellence both for competition and road applications, having competed in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship for ten years.
The organization has accumulated more race victories than any other team in Formula E history, securing 25 wins alongside an additional 33 podium finishes.

The Prince will also meet Jaguar drivers Mitch Evans, who holds more victories than any other driver in Formula E, and António Félix da Costa, the 2020 Formula E World Champion.
His Royal Highness will additionally observe how the team designs, develops and manufactures their championship-winning Jaguar I-TYPE 7 and future racing vehicles internally.
