A radio and television presenter has avoided heading back to Jeremy Clarkson’s Oxfordshire agricultural holding because of one specific problem.
Amanda Holden rose to prominence as a panellist on Britain’s Got Talent and has fronted additional shows such as Cheat: Unfinished Business.
The prominent British broadcaster lives in a four-bedroom residence with a thatched roof situated near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire.
The 55-year-old media figure has two offspring with her husband Chris Hughes: daughter Lexi, aged 20, and 14-year-old Hollie.
Jeremy Clarkson, another famous face in the Cotswolds area, previously hosted Top Gear and The Grand Tour.
The television star manages two businesses in Oxfordshire: Diddly Squat Farm in Chadlington and The Farmer’s Dog venue in Asthall.
Ms Holden has confirmed she made the trip to the agricultural outlet previously but hasn’t gone again since.
During a segment on Heart Radio’s Breakfast programme, the Britain’s Got Talent panellist addressed a difficulty she faced during her earlier trip to Mr Clarkson’s establishment.
Ms Holden explained that her family dislike the lengthy queues commonly found in the Cotswolds region, although they appreciate the programme.
She mentioned that she owns property in the vicinity and dropped by his farm when it first opened, but hasn’t made the journey again specifically because the waiting times are excessive.
The presenter jokingly proposed circumventing the queues by crossing the field, adding that she hoped she wouldn’t be met with accusations of unauthorised entry. She noted she ought to visit and see the changes for herself, as the operation there has been completely revamped.
