Police conducted an anti-drug operation at a residence in Oxfordshire on Friday, targeting a property situated near a significant local school.

Thames Valley Police confirmed the action took place on April 17 at an address on Leach Road in Bicester.

The home lies one street away from The Bicester School, which provides schooling for more than 1,000 students between the ages of 11 and 18.

Detectives stated that their investigation into the incident is ongoing and have appealed to local residents to come forward with any relevant information.

A representative from the Cherwell division explained that the Bicester and Kidlington Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out the drugs warrant, with support from officers based in West Oxfordshire and Banbury.

Enquiries remain active. Officers continue to encourage community members to report any concerns or information they may have about illegal drug activity in their neighbourhood.

The information provided by the public helps officers direct their resources, protect vulnerable individuals, and reduce drug-related offences across the area.
