A UK-based car manufacturer has lost its director following the company’s collapse.
Companies House posted a termination notice on Tuesday, April 14 confirming that Ben William Hedley had stepped down from his position as director of Hedley Studios Limited.
Requests for comment from Mr Hedley have been made.
The Bicester-based company Hedley Studios Ltd, which produces scaled-down electric replicas of classic vehicles, entered administration in March.
The Daily Express reported that most staff were made redundant, with Interpath administrators taking over.
This occurred after the business, previously called The Little Car Company, was reportedly rescued in August of the previous year.

Sky News reported that FRP Advisory served as administrator before selling the company to a firm controlled by Island Capital Group, a US merchant banking group.
Several individuals were subsequently appointed as directors at the company, including Mr Hedley in December.
The business then failed in March.
Hedley Studios was established in 2018 and constructs its vehicles at three-quarters the scale of the original, with typical prices starting at £75,000 or higher.
In a statement provided to Sky News, the company stated it had produced and delivered over 500 vehicles to customers across more than 60 countries during the 17-month period up to last year.
During its earlier incarnation as The Little Car Company, it welcomed a royal visitor when Prince Michael of Kent test-drove some of the vehicles in 2024.
The company manufactures its cars through partnerships with various luxury brands, including Aston Martin, Bentley and Ferrari.
