A coach and minibus hire firm based in Oxford that served customers across Britain and continental Europe has been issued with a compulsory strike-off order, meaning it will soon be deleted from the official companies database.

RS Global Travel Ltd, based on Cowley Road in Oxford, came into existence on October 31 2024.

On January 20 this year, the Registrar of Companies released a first Gazette notice concerning compulsory strike-off, which normally precedes removal from the register when no objection is raised.

According to Companies House records, the firm’s dissolution is set for April 7.

The company promoted itself via its website as providing coaches, minibuses and private hire vehicles for airport transfers, business events, family outings and group excursions throughout the UK and into European countries. Its site advertised a high-quality vehicle fleet available for tailor-made trips, alongside services designed for business customers.

The website stated that the firm possessed considerable expertise in the travel sector and concentrated on delivering outstanding service, offering the rental of coaches, private hire cars, vans and minibuses across Britain and Europe.

The site also described clients travelling in modern, comfortable vehicles prepared for seamless airport transfers or personalised group excursions.

According to the website, customer satisfaction formed a central priority, backed by experienced licensed partners, and selecting RS Global Travel ensured individual care and quality hospitality throughout the travel experience.
