A technology firm operating out of Oxfordshire has entered into voluntary liquidation nearly 25 years after its establishment.
Netvide Limited, registered as a private limited company, was formed on July 16, 2001.
Company records indicate its registered office is located in Oxford, with the business registered in England and Wales under company number 04252794.
The company is currently undergoing dissolution through a formal members’ voluntary liquidation procedure following a shareholder resolution to cease operations.
A resolution notice appearing in The London Gazette confirms that shareholders of Netvide Limited approved a special resolution for the company’s voluntary winding up.
This decision was made at a general meeting conducted at the company’s Oxford registered office at 10am on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
An additional appointment of liquidators notice in The Gazette documents that Hayley Simmons from North Insolvency Ltd has been designated as the company’s liquidator.
The notice specifies that Netvide Limited operated in the sector of “online grocery price research” and identifies the company’s primary trading location as being in Harwell near Didcot.
The notices instruct creditors to submit their claim details to the liquidator by the deadline indicated in the London Gazette advertisement to ensure their claims are considered during the liquidation process.
The members’ voluntary liquidation procedure will entail the liquidator converting the company’s assets and distributing any remaining funds after settling its liabilities and expenses, in accordance with insolvency regulations.
This newspaper has reached out to North Insolvency Ltd for a statement.
