AMCI Europe has chosen Bicester Motion as the location for its new headquarters as the business continues to pursue growth plans.

The automotive events and training company will relocate its workforce of 35 employees from Banbury to occupy Building 90 at The Main Stores – a facility covering 7,410 square feet situated on the Oxfordshire site.

Neil Brogden, the founder of AMCI Europe, explained that joining the Bicester Motion community marks a significant milestone for the company.

Being positioned within Motorsport Valley alongside a vibrant and seasoned automotive network creates outstanding opportunities for collaboration, developing new ideas, and encouraging creativity.

Building 90 provides us with an excellent setting to receive clients, create new projects, and host events and training programmes in facilities that truly reflect our industry.

The new headquarters will serve as a multi-purpose facility for office functions, automotive events, training courses, and customer engagements, supporting AMCI’s specialist focus on the automotive sector and its broad portfolio of manufacturers and mobility brands.

Building 90 will feature a purpose-designed events space with vehicle access, together with meeting rooms available to both AMCI clients and other businesses based at Bicester Motion.

The premises will also host client training sessions, workshops, and content production including video and photography work.

AMCI also intends to arrange smaller automotive events on the site and make use of Bicester Motion’s testing track facilities.

The location will provide opportunities to connect with the wider Bicester Motion community during major occasions such as the Scramble, a popular gathering for classic and modern vehicle enthusiasts held three times each year.

The move represents a significant milestone in AMCI’s evolution, establishing the agency within one of Britain’s most vibrant automotive hubs at the centre of Motorsport Valley.

Bicester Motion encompasses a 444-acre estate dedicated to future mobility, offering a cooperative environment for automotive and mobility companies.

The location began its transformation in 2013 when the former RAF Bicester Bomber Training Station was acquired and restored.

It has since become nationally recognised as an example of successful conservation.

Under Bicester Motion’s stewardship, 99 percent of the buildings have been meticulously restored or converted for modern business use, with the location now acknowledged by Historic England as a national benchmark for constructive conservation.

The estate now hosts a growing community of automotive businesses, including the established Bicester Heritage cluster.
