A woman from Oxfordshire has entered her plea in connection with an alleged serious bodily harm matter at Oxford Crown Court.

Chloe Bullock, residing in Queens Road, Carterton, attended the hearing on Thursday, March 19. She faces charges of wounding or serious bodily harm with intent, as well as causing serious bodily harm without specific intent to cause harm.

The defendant, aged 24, entered not guilty pleas to both charges. Proceedings have been scheduled for February 21, 2028.

Bullock has been released on bail pending the trial.

Under the law, serious denotes significant harm, though it need not be permanent. Wounding involves the breaking of the skin.

Regarding intent, the prosecution must demonstrate that the defendant acted maliciously, meaning they either intended to cause some form of physical harm or were indifferent to whether such harm would result.
