Police believe a man they are seeking may have fled to Spain, according to officers who have obtained an arrest warrant for him.

Officers wish to speak with Charlie Salisbury regarding an inquiry into a plot to distribute the class A drug cocaine alongside money laundering offences.

Salisbury, who resides in Bicester, is described as a white male standing 5ft 7ins tall with a slim build, short light-brown hair cropped close to his head. He sports a prominent tattoo on his right arm depicting a Koi Carp alongside a dragon.

The 34-year-old has connections to Bicester along with Hayes and Hillingdon in the London area.

Detective sergeant Maria Isom stated that officers are still urging members of the public to come forward with any information that might assist in locating Salisbury.

She noted that investigators have been attempting to find him since their last telephone conversation with him on May 18, 2021.

It is thought he may now be outside the country, potentially in Spain, and she has urged anyone in Britain or overseas who knows of his current location to get in touch with police.

She advised members of the public to refrain from approaching him and instead contact their local police force by dialling 101.

The South East Regional Organised Crime Unit has intensified its search for Salisbury, including broadcasting an appeal through BBC Crimewatch on Friday morning.
