A housebuilding and construction enterprise operating from premises in Oxfordshire has gone into dissolution.

Park Lane Developments (Oxfordshire) Limited, established in late 2020, has commenced a solvent dissolution procedure, official records confirm.

According to its filings, the enterprise focused on residential construction schemes, groundwork services, and acquiring and disposing of property assets.

Official documentation shows its Companies House address in the capital, with insolvency records citing a Northamptonshire location.

The primary place of business was situated in Grafton, close to Bampton in the western part of Oxfordshire.

Records further indicate the enterprise continued operating until the shareholders approved a members’ voluntary winding-up this month.

On Wednesday, 18 March, shareholders endorsed the dissolution, with Thomas Edward Guthrie and John William Rimmer from BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency designated as joint liquidators on that same day.

Members’ voluntary winding-up applies in circumstances where board members have declared the enterprise can discharge all liabilities entirely within a defined timeframe, rather than facing financial collapse.

A notice to those owed funds by Park Lane Developments (Oxfordshire) Limited requests that particulars of their entitlements be submitted to the liquidators as proceedings advance.
