The award honours the legacy of solicitor John Latham, who following the murders of Julia and William Pemberton in Hermitage during 2003, drove the establishment of Domestic Homicide Reviews.
Through leveraging the Human Rights Act, he advocated for structural changes guaranteeing that lessons learned from such devastating circumstances could avert future incidents.
Those nominated may originate from the charitable sector, local government, medical services, or Thames Valley Police.
Entries must arrive by the final day of September.
The successful candidate will be revealed during White Ribbon Day in November.
