A celebrated chef bearing Michelin recognition is set to conclude a distinguished culinary series at Bicester Village.
Angela Hartnett has been confirmed as the headline name for the Dish & Tell – Tastemakers Supper Club scheduled for October 9, 2026, at The Double Red Duke venue.
This appearance marks the culmination of twelve months of exclusive gastronomic experiences.
The renowned chef, restaurant owner, and television personality will curate a five-course tasting selection highlighting her celebrated approach to Italian cookery, distinguished by uncomplicated techniques, seasonal produce, and premium components.
The culinary offerings will include pumpkin tortelli, monkfish tail roasted alongside a spiced coco bean ragù, and a main course of Scottish venison loin accompanied by cabbage parcels and potato gnocchi.
A Bicester Village representative announced that one signature creation from the evening would become a permanent menu addition.
The chosen dish, Pump Street Chocolate Mousse paired with pouring cream, will remain available through October’s conclusion.
Hartnett operates the Michelin-starred Murano and Café Murano establishments, both acclaimed for their ingredient-focused philosophy and polished yet approachable interpretation of Italian dining.
Her achievements in the hospitality sector have been acknowledged through the award of both an MBE and OBE, establishing her among Britain’s most esteemed culinary professionals.
She follows previous series participants including Theo Randall, Justin Tsang, and Shwan Baban of Berenjak.
The fixed-price menu costs £70 per attendee, with places bookable through Eventbrite.
