Thames Valley Police have initiated an appeal for public assistance following reports of illicit substance activity in a community within Oxfordshire.
Officers are conducting inquiries into allegations of cannabis-related activity in the Swallowcroft locality.
The force is requesting backing from local residents as part of its investigation.
According to a police representative, residents are being encouraged to come forward if they have personally observed or experienced any instances of suspected drug consumption, drug trafficking, or related nuisance behaviour occurring in the neighbourhood.
The types of activity under investigation include regularly detecting the odour of cannabis, witnessing individuals smoking the substance, noticing unusual behaviour, and any disorderly conduct that might be linked to narcotics use.
The police representative further stated that authorities are currently gathering information from across the community to develop a comprehensive understanding of any problems impacting local residents.
