A new headteacher has begun her tenure at a Banbury primary school with ambitions to enhance established areas of excellence.
Emma Marsh has arrived at Longford Park Primary School, which operates within the GLF Schools Academy Trust, having previously held the position of co-headteacher at an institution in Abingdon.
Ms Marsh expressed enthusiasm about joining the Longford Park community, describing it as a warm and welcoming environment.
She indicated her intention to build upon existing school strengths while maintaining close collaboration with students, educators and families, ensuring each child receives appropriate support for their development.
Louise Burridge, serving as regional education director, noted that Ms Marsh distinguished herself through her cooperative approach and commitment to ongoing enhancement.
