A collection of reasonably-priced residences has been completed for households requiring accommodation.
The latest delivery forms part of the Wellington Gate scheme located in Grove, close to Wantage, constructed by Persimmon Homes Wessex.
The properties will be overseen by Pinnacle Spaces acting for CBRE Investment Management, which financed the homes through its UK Affordable Housing Fund.
Ron Batstone, who serves as a parish, district, and county councillor, expressed satisfaction that these new, well-built properties would shortly become home to residents from Grove and the surrounding area, offering stability to families and individuals who might otherwise face uncertain housing circumstances.
Thirty-five dwellings from Phase Seven and 49 from the eighth section of the former Grove Airfield location are being transferred under the arrangement.
Sixteen units from Phase Seven were already completed during the summer months, along with six from the later phase.
Persimmon possesses outline planning consent for as many as 1,500 residences at Wellington Gate and is pursuing permission for a further 624 homes on neighbouring land.
