NatWest has announced the appointment of a new commercial banking director for the Thames Valley region.
Mairead Taylor will lead commercial banking operations in the area, having accumulated almost four decades of experience within the banking sector.
Her background includes more than 25 years focused specifically on commercial and corporate banking activities.
The appointment aligns with NatWest’s Growing Together initiative, which seeks to foster regional development by assisting enterprises in obtaining finance, specialist knowledge and professional networks.
Taylor expressed enthusiasm about the position, noting the region’s reputation for innovation, entrepreneurial drive and commercial ambition.
She highlighted her eagerness to collaborate with colleagues and clients throughout the Thames Valley.

Dan Salanson, who serves as regional director for Thames Valley and the Cotswolds at NatWest, endorsed the appointment.
