A fresh wellness concept is set to debut in Oxfordshire with a specialised workshop combining ancient practices with modern heating technology.
Yogalina Oxford will present an infrared yin and sound healing session on October 11 at 3pm at the company’s Jericho facility.
The two-hour experience integrates personal infrared heat mats with yin yoga postures and live sound immersion, representing what organisers describe as Oxfordshire’s inaugural combination of these three elements.
According to Alina Boyett, co-founder of Yogalina, the autumn season provides an ideal opportunity for individuals to release what no longer benefits them.
She explained that merging the penetrating warmth of infrared technology with the contemplative nature of yin practice, the resonant qualities of sound therapy, and time in both sauna and cold plunge facilities aims to leave participants experiencing tranquility and renewal.
Boyett noted the company takes pride in introducing something distinctive to Oxfordshire.
The programme offers participants a seasonal reset through gentle radiant heat, extended holding of yin positions, and immersive sound work.
Those attending will additionally gain entry to the Recovery Club amenities, comprising an infrared sauna, conventional sauna, and cold plunge pool.
No prior background in yoga or meditation is necessary, making the workshop suitable for all experience levels.
Bex Stirling, an established yoga instructor, will direct the yin yoga component, while sound healing practitioner Micon Garvilles will conduct the live sound immersion segment.
The Jericho studio opened its doors in May 2026.
Admission costs £55 for an individual or £90 for a pair of attendees.
Reservations are available via the Yogalina Oxford online platform.
