A formal notice appeared on September 7 confirming that liquidators were formally appointed on August 27.
Kevin Ley and Adam Harris, representing the firm S&W Partners, were appointed as liquidators to oversee the wind-down of company affairs.
The brand quickly garnered attention from notable figures shortly after its launch.
Professional footballer Dion Sanderson, currently playing for Derby County, was photographed possessing VV Season merchandise, contributing to the label’s visibility during its early growth phase.
Jordan Banks, the company’s founder, addressed supporters through a Facebook post during July.
In this communication, Banks acknowledged that the year had not progressed according to initial expectations.
He noted that the second product release failed to maintain the commercial momentum achieved by the initial launch, which reportedly met its projected targets.
The post indicated that continued support from customers during July would be necessary to sustain operations.
Additionally, Banks reflected that alternative decisions would have been made had he been establishing the enterprise at that point in time.
Following expressions of gratitude towards patrons, a promotional sale offering seventy percent reductions was announced alongside a request for product feedback.
