The initiative, titled Autumn Paws Outdoors, will operate between September 1 and October 4, granting dogs access to areas typically restricted to human visitors.
During this period, four-legged guests will be permitted within the Formal Gardens, the Great Court, and the Walled Garden.
The historic estate, which holds UNESCO World Heritage status, has designed the programme to balance animal hospitality with the preservation of its significant heritage and natural features.
Dedicated water stations will be positioned throughout the Courtyards and Walled Garden to ensure dogs remain hydrated throughout their visit.
While the arrangement accommodates pets in numerous outdoor locations, restrictions apply within the main Palace building and the Adventure Play zone, with assistance dogs representing the sole exception to these prohibitions.
The Pantry Café, however, has been designated as a dog-welcoming space, enabling owners to purchase refreshments without separating from their animals.
Autumn Paws Outdoors has been positioned as a precursor to DogFest, which is scheduled to take place across the Palace Parkland on October 3-4.
