A fresh television project featuring Kaleb Cooper will offer viewers fresh insights into the Clarkson’s Farm personality.
The four-part programme, titled Kaleb: Down Under, represents Cooper’s inaugural independent project as he travels to Australia to investigate opportunities within one of the world’s most significant agricultural sectors.
The series has been commissioned for streaming platform Prime Video.
The venture coincides with Cooper’s inaugural air travel experience, as the agricultural contractor departs from the Cotswolds area he calls home to explore international farming possibilities.
Production will chronicle his encounters with Australian agricultural professionals, immersion in regional customs, and examination of farming practices across the country’s varied landscapes.
Fazia Khan, director of Unscripted UK Originals at Amazon MGM Studios, revealed development plans during the Edinburgh Television Festival.
Khan emphasised that the project would reveal previously unseen aspects of Cooper’s character by placing him in unfamiliar circumstances.
The programme is scheduled for release in early the following year.
According to Khan, Cooper has developed a substantial following through his Clarkson’s Farm appearances, with audiences responding strongly to his authentic approach to farming.
While Cooper typically remains reluctant to venture far from his Chipping Norton base, the upcoming series documents his decision to pursue international expansion of his agricultural contracting enterprise.
Viewers will witness his inaugural flight, journeying to Australia to explore farming operations abroad.
Described as the agricultural expert on Clarkson’s Farm who frequently challenges Jeremy Clarkson’s methods, Cooper will be depicted operating well beyond his usual environment while tackling experiences entirely novel to him.
Cooper issued a statement outlining his enthusiasm for the expedition.
He noted that his regular proximity to one of the world’s most well-travelled individuals inspired his own decision to book inaugural air travel, with Australia as his destination.
He anticipated spending several months in the country while determining whether his contracting business could successfully establish international operations.
Cooper first entered public consciousness in 2021 through Clarkson’s Farm’s debut season, where he served as a skilled agricultural worker assisting the novice farming proprietor.
Following initial employment under Howard Pauling’s supervision, his detailed local expertise and diligent approach secured him a permanent position supporting the main presenter, ultimately catalysing his emergence as a prominent figure on the Prime Video agricultural series.
Cooper is married to Taya, and the pair have three children together.
