A 25-year-old participant from Clarkson’s Farm has launched a new £1.7 million agricultural venture.

According to reports, Harriet Cowan, who won over audiences during her limited appearance on the Amazon Prime programme, has acquired a farming property.

The Derbyshire native joined the cast for the fourth series of Clarkson’s Farm, which launched on Prime Video during May and June the previous year.

She provided temporary cover for regular cast member Kaleb Cooper during his touring commitments, assisting Jeremy Clarkson at Diddly Squat Farm located in Chadlington, Oxfordshire.

Her involvement concluded partway through the series once her assistance was no longer required, though viewers embraced her despite the brevity of her appearance.

Reports indicate she is now establishing her own operation at a newly acquired 100-acre estate in rural Derbyshire, where she intends to reside with her farming partner James Booth.

The holdings are situated close to the family farm where she developed her agricultural skills.

The property had been listed for £1,765,000 following the death of its previous owner the previous year, and the transaction is reportedly nearing completion.

Since her involvement with Clarkson’s Farm, Cowan’s public profile has expanded considerably, with millions of followers now tracking her activities across various social media platforms.

In recent comments to The Telegraph, she discussed how some viewers have proposed marriage to her.

She described receiving approximately a thousand direct messages daily, with roughly half from men expressing marital interest but treating it as lighthearted.

The remaining messages reportedly come from young women who view her farming work as an aspiration and whom she considers her primary motivation for continuing her public presence.
