A 12-foot Burmese python stole the attention during an appearance at a care facility in Gloucestershire.

The event took place at Hunters Care Centre in Cirencester and was arranged by JJ’s Reptiles, a company based in Swindon.

The home’s occupants were given the opportunity to interact with and handle various animals, including snakes, stick insects, and a scorpion.

Ben Sandall, who serves as activities co-ordinator at Hunters Care Centre, expressed that the residents had thoroughly appreciated the unexpected visitors.

The appearance by Jordan and his collection of reptiles became the central topic of conversation throughout the facility.

The occupants demonstrated remarkable courage throughout the encounter and the experience proved highly enjoyable.

Big Barry, the 12-foot Burmese python, emerged as the standout attraction among those present.

Resident Dorothea commented that she had anticipated seeing the snakes but had not expected to be permitted to handle one personally.

She described the afternoon as thoroughly captivating.

Hunters Care Centre operates under Barchester Healthcare, which ranks among the United Kingdom’s largest providers of care services.

The establishment provides residential, nursing, and dementia care accommodations for 85 occupants, encompassing both short-term respite placements and permanent residency arrangements.
