An annual celebration of exceptional automobiles is returning to a historic Oxfordshire estate this September.

Salon Privé will occupy the grounds of Blenheim Palace for five days beginning on Wednesday 2 September and concluding on Sunday 6 September.

The gathering marks its 21st iteration and promises to span the entire evolution of the automobile, from machines built before the Second World War to the most advanced vehicles of the current era.

Among the 70 distinguished automobiles on display will be several exceptionally rare examples.

The collection includes a Lamborghini Miura P400S, a Ferrari 250 GT Series 1 Cabriolet, a Bugatti EB110 Prototype, and an Aston Martin Valiant Prototype.

The White Collection will present 20 additional rare machines arranged in a themed colour presentation.

A dedicated Koenigsegg display will be staged by SuperVettura, showcasing the Swedish manufacturer’s capabilities.

Television personality Richard Hammond, who previously appeared on both Top Gear and The Grand Tour, has confirmed his participation.

He will serve as a judge during the sale-focused concours element of the programme.

Hammond will additionally conduct personal appearances for admirers and participate in signing occasions, while also presenting his beverage collection.

His spirit offerings encompass Ratio Gin, Iron Ridge Whisky, and the recently launched Hammond’s Bearing Caribbean Spiced Rum.

A notable development involves the introduction of two separate Best of Show accolades.

One prize will recognise excellence among vintage collector vehicles while a second will honour contemporary examples.

The Rimac Nevera Time Attack from 2025 will attempt to become the inaugural fully electric vehicle to participate in the Salon Privé judging competition.

The programme incorporates several social dimensions.

Boodles’ Ladies’ Day remains a centrepiece attraction, while a new Concours Style Award has been introduced to recognise the best-dressed male attendee.
