The documentary captures Charlotte guiding the crew through significant areas of the priory while recounting unusual experiences shared by relatives, acquaintances, and guests over time.

The production team comprised John Shackleton and Andy Bourne, working alongside spiritualist Kate Ray, critical analyst Justin Cowell, and paranormal specialist Karin Beasant.

According to Shackleton, the production distinguished itself through exceptional cooperation from the subject, who granted access to the structure itself and to personal narratives tied to the location.
