A teenage boy aged 16 from Oxfordshire who went missing has been found following a police investigation and community appeal.
Officers launched an official call for help this week to locate the absent teenager from West Oxfordshire, whose disappearance was reported on Monday, April 20.
The youth, known only as Cody with his family name kept private, has now been traced.
A police representative said that officers confirmed a young person who had been reported missing from the Witney area has been found. They stated that the 16-year-old, known as Cody, was discovered the previous day and thanked everyone who assisted in sharing the appeal to locate him.
Earlier in the week, residents were asked to lend their support in locating the missing adolescent, who was last spotted at around 10pm in Witney.
